Gluten Free


Because gluten free is not uniformly defined by USDA regulations, UNFORKED researched international best practices in providing customers gluten free options.

We learned that because normal kitchen operations involve shared cooking and preparation areas, where other wheat-based products are used throughout the day – there may be the possibility of cross-contact in our restaurant. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens.

However, we do offer items with gluten free ingredients. These options are listed with a gf to indicate the food does not contain gluten ingredients.  For example our such Olivia's Oven gluten free burger buns, purchased from one of our local partners, are always an option.

If you are highly sensitive to gluten, please let us know when you order, so we can suggest the best food choices for you.
