Every burger at Unforked starts with certified Angus beef from Creekstone Farms, located right here in Kansas—100% chuck, ground to our exact specifications. It's the same premium beef you'd find in America's finest restaurants.

Our cattle are raised without chemicals or additives, allowed to graze naturally, resulting in beef with exceptional marbling, tenderness, and flavor. But great beef is just the beginning. Each patty is made fresh, never frozen, never touching a microwave. Yes, this means a 7-10 minute wait. We believe the sizzle of a fresh burger on the grill and that first bite of juicy, perfectly-cooked Angus beef is worth every minute.
